May I ask if this error you got when visiting your own website or someone else’s?

If you get this error while visiting someone else’s website, I am afraid you cannot do anything. You can try to access it using a VPN or over a TOR, but I do not guarantee because it could also be blocked and restricted.

Obviously the website owner is using Cloudflare and security options available to him to protect his website.

The site can block for any number of reason, that’s up to them and not something this Community nor Cloudflare can do anything about.

Error 1020 Access Denied -

You will need to contact the site in question about it to find out if they can remove the block. Only the owner of the site you’re visiting can tell you why you are unable to access the site. Contacting Support or posting here will not result in an answer.

In that case, @ivan.bespalov.2005, I think you are out of luck. Neither the Community nor Cloudflare Customer Support can do anything to alter the settings created by the site owner. It’s their site and they determine what traffic they allow or don’t allow, sorry for the issue but we cannot alter the results.

You could try to find any relevant contact information and write to the website owner to add your IP to their allowlist / bypass / allow.

I can access the linked website normally without using a VPN.

Not sure what kind of request are you sending/doing to the website, and I am sorry to say but I am not using them.

Are there any web browser extensions installed/active in this particular Web browser with which you are trying to access that specific website?
Is it a Brave or a TOR web browser maybe?

It’s working fine from my country, in a normal Mozilla Firefox (even with extensions like darkreader, adblock …):
