I have the I’m Under Attack mode activated, countries and IPs are being blocked, but the website still won’t load.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have been activating blocks by IP, by Country, with Js Challenges. I tried opening in different browsers, incognito mode, on a cell phone with mobile data.
