The peculiarity is that when the browser finishes downloading a web document and the document is fully visible, the connection is not disconnected and the download is still waiting.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I checked with cdn-cgi on the device where the problem is occurring and found that it is HKG.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

trouble connecting to HKG from Korea

I have attached a case where it is HKG and a case where it is ICN after installing WARP on that pc.
The peculiarity is that when the browser finishes downloading a web document and the document is fully visible, the connection is not disconnected and the download is still waiting.
The server sends the document at once, so there is no waiting for additional documents.
As you can see in the screenshot, the download took 9.33s,
it actually downloaded and started rendering the document in less than a second.

@mcorreia
I seem to have learned some new information.

When HKG is having problems, it will send a 200 return with no body and wait for a response for a while without closing the connection, and then the body will come in.

When this happens, there is a high probability that a cookie called _fwb exists, and deleting it will often alleviate the problem for a while.

This effect is short-lived, and clearing the re-created _fwb will relieve the symptom for a while.

Having _fwb automatically cleared seems to increase the probability of symptoms.
