Hi there,
There doesn’t seem to be anything unique with your setup that would require anything different in how you setup Cloudflare.
As long as you have your DNS records correctly configured pointing to your different origin hosting server IP’s - then you should be good to go.
As long as your ‘hosting servers running different software’ is HTTP/S web traffic?
If you are running any other protocols (eg. FTP, SSH etc.) then you would need to not have those proxied through Cloudflare. We talk about what ports / protocols we support by default here - Network ports · Cloudflare Fundamentals docs
