What is the issue you’re encountering
Web Analytics suddenly shows no data (zero visits) for all our websites. Used to work just a few days ago. Account Analytics seems OK - shows many millions of requests over the past hours

Update for anyone who could be facing similar issue
- it was not a configuration problem, so none of the proposed solutions were applicable
- web analytics started to work again some time around 10th of December (8 days later, showing up to 24 hours of history). A couple of days later historical data also started to show up. No configuration changes from our side
Now, a few rants from my side as a customer - unfortunately cannot add the below as topic was auto-closed already:
- It all looks like Cloudflare had some internal issues with the logs / web analytics that they didn’t want to announce (haven’t found anything on the status page)
- We’re on the Business plan that grants access to support, and Web Analytics is covered by support including Online Chat, but there were no option to submit case / open a chat for Web Analytics
- I raised a general support request regarding inability to access support for Web Analytics product on 2nd of December (case 01296996) but even 15 days later there are still no reaction from Cloufdlare
It is not the first time I interact with the Cloudflare support, and it used to be quite responsive and helpful, so I surprised by such a bad experience.
