Two different sets of cloudflare nameservers is a very good indicator you are logged into the wrong account, or at least not the account that holds the active domain. Check the domain has nameservers here, DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool. If the two you see on whatsmydns are not the two you see shown on this page, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns then you are most certainly in the wrong account.
The only way you’ll be able to regain access to the correct account is by having access to the email address of the account.
This link may help, but they only work when logged out
The account was moved from my account to my clients account some weeks ago, I have full access to the clients account, and the domain name is not showing on ours. It seems strange that analytics have dropped off only a few days ago?
The domain is using Cloudflare as the registrar, and both NS are showing as correct. Kenneth and Sima are shown on their account - which is what is propagated.
The root domain hostname in your original screenshot is currently not being proxied by Cloudflare. Cloudflare won’t show traffic stats for traffic not transiting it’s edge.
The www points to shopify and traffic would managed viewed through them I imagine.
