I am using Web analytics and logs for my website, and I don’t seem to be able to view data older than 72 hours old

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’d really like to use Cloudflare web analytics and logs for my website, but if you can only see 3 days worth of visitor behaviour, it’s a non-starter. I have had the JS snippet on my site for 9 days now, but the dropdown is limited to 72 hours.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

Docs say 6 months:
https://developers.cloudflare.com/web-analytics/faq/#what-is-the-period-of-time-i-can-access-data-in-web-analytics

And the dropdown for the pro zone in my Web analytics lets me chose past 30 days, or any range going back the six months.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I saw that in the docs, which I should have mentioned in my Q.

I don’t think so. I just checked my standalone free account, and it also goes past 72 hours.

Did you try scrolling down the choices? It should extend the list past 72 hours.
