I have encountered an error while upgrading from the free to pro plan. yearly plan already paid but still getting issue Ticket Id: #01577847 We weren’t able to change your plan at the moment, please try again later. I have submitted a ticket four days ago, but haven’t received any reply yet.

Any update - how should we contact no update for ticket from last 5 days no support here in community what can i do ?

using cloudflare from 6 years but now i feel helpless

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
