We were unable to complete the purchase of your Cloudflare subscription for

I try to upgrade one of my domains from Free to Pro, but keep getting an email with the message:

“We were unable to complete the purchase, change, or cancellation of your Cloudflare subscription for .”

My other domain(s) and services are billed without problems.

I’ve already created a ticket #3284151 about 6 days ago, without any response yet. I’ve tried multiple times to upgrade since, but I keep getting those error emails.

I’ve found similar reports here, but the only response seems to be to get my ticket prioritized :slight_smile:

already tried all of that without success.
