Despite upgrading to the Cloudflare Pro plan and successfully configuring our domain, our account still reflects the free plan under the subscription section.
What is the issue you’re encountering
We have made the payment, as detailed in invoice upgrade to pro plan, but still show as free plan.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We submitted tickets over a month ago regarding our account subscription issue, repeated the ticket multiple times, did not receive any response yet.

We have upgrade to pro plan and its been charged our bank but still show as free plan and we can not use any pro features. after a month still it shows free plan.
I did check all steps below:
Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard.
Click the appropriate Cloudflare account.
In the top-right corner, select Billing from your account profile.
In the left-hand sidebar, click Subscriptions.
In the Subscriptions table, click Edit on the subscription requiring upgrade.
Choose your new plan type and follow the given instructions.
and the card payment details is already there,
Payments showes as Paid!
but still in main page shows free plan and we can not use any of pro features.
Useless support !!!
We have open tickets more than a month ago and they have not replied once!

@licences3 sorry for the ongoing issues, we let the billing team know and I am copied on your ticket to track it to resolution. Please don’t open any more tickets or metoo other topics, it just slows the response time the the most recently opened ticket and moves your reply back in the queue, not forward.
