We have a problem with email DNS

I’m experiencing problems with our email DNS configuration; all our emails are going to spam. I’m considering changing the MX records to let Siteground manage our mailing instead of Cloudflare, which doesn’t seem to work. I’m worried our website might be blocklisted. Could this be the reason, and what can I do to fix it? I’m losing numerous clients due to this issue, and I’m seeking help from the community to understand the problem and find a solution. Any advice would be greatly appreciated  Thank you

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community :logodrop:

Changing MX records will have absolutely no effect on email that you are sending. Moving your DNS to Siteground is just as unlikely to have any effect either. Since Cloudflare has only a peripheral role in this by publishing your DNS records, an in depth discussion is probably out of scope for this Community.

That said, some discussion of where to find relevant resources and topics to consider may be warranted. If you would like real answers pertaining to your actual setup, you can share your domain, and the Community will report their findings.

You can also get started by examining your domain with the free DMARC tools provided by dmarcian.

You will want to be sure that you are sending DMARC compliant email. It is also good to separate marketing and transactional emails.

Depending on your available budget and the value of the customers that you have reported losing, it may be worth hiring a message delivery specialist.
