DNS records

Those records all appear to be available, see…

This is the TXT file I need to be available to link to Google Search Console.

That’s a different one from your previous screenshot. Have you added it to your Cloudflare DNS here?

Yes. Here it is in my DNS records.

But when I run the verification on Google Console, it says it cannot be found and shows that other screenshot with the DNS records for facebook and stuff.

You are not in the Cloudflare account that is currently active for your domain, the nameserver dawn is not one of those currently set at the registrar and your screenshot indicates you are in the “setup” phase…

You either need to log in to the account where the domain is active, or you need to change the nameservers at your registrar to the two shown at the bottom of your latest screenshot. Since that account doesn’t have any other DNS records in it for your site, you will need to add those too.

Oh I see that now. When I went into the only other cloudflare account we have, which was set up in 2021 and the nameservers still weren’t the same. It said Carl and Sierra. So I’m not sure who set up the Nero and Lorna nameservers, nor how to log into that account. Do you happen to know the username that logs into that account? I can find out who that person is and perhaps they can help me. If not, I guess I’ll need to switch everything to either the Dawn or Carl/Sierra one in GoDaddy.

If you log out of the dashboard, you can select “Forgot your email”, enter the domain and Cloudflare will email the account owner.

If that email doesn’t arrive and you can’t find out who set up the account that has your domain currently active, then yes you’ll need to change the nameservers at your registrar to take control of the domain. You will need to make sure you have the required DNS records from your web and mail host so you can set those up to avoid any downtime.
