We are using the main site as app.example.com; however, we need to use reg.example.com for registration purposes. All incoming requests with ‘/register’ or ‘/ref-member’ should redirect to reg.example.com. How can we achieve this requirement?

As long as the redirect-from domain is 
proxied by Cloudflare, you can create a Redirect Rule that matches your conditions to redirect requests to the reg. subdomain.
