Hi!

It seems that you tried to type your question in the title. Would you like to explain what problem you are facing and what your actual domain is?

I have my domain hosted on GoDaddy, and when I try to generate my SSL certificate, I receive an error message saying that it is blocked at the DNS level managed by Cloudflare. I’m trying to contact support, but I can’t get through. Can you help me?

What domain?

What exact error message?

Can you post it here, or perhaps share a screenshot of it?

It looks like you have a CAA record, that is only allowing GoDaddy to create wildcard certificates, like this:

Can you try changing that CAA record to “Only allow specific hostnames”?

Or alternatively, to add an additional one for “godaddy.com”, that has the tag “Only allow specific hostnames”?
