What is the issue you’re encountering

Client is unable to access the site frequently and he is getting above error.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We tried to update the TLS version to 1.3, 1.2 and now we have set it back to 1.0. But still same issue is faced.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Yes

Full (strict)

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Just load the website https://www.microsatacables.com/. Only the problem is issue is not faced by every user. We can see currently it’s faced on one of the system on Edge and Chrome browser.
