Contact Cloudflare support via their ticket system. I got an automated response saying that we were not the account holders of that domain. We for sure are the account holders.
This is what caused the issue I believe: We are a small MSP, I was working on a Phishing simulation for one of our clients and bought the domain microsoft-help-desk.com. I spon up a gophish instance and was testing it on our domain. the domain got flagged as Phishing (very very dumb on my part to use our main account for something like this i know). I then got an email saying that our account was locked out last week. There was no actualy phishing going on but I understand there is no way to tell the difference from their point of view.
It is urgent that we got access to our account again because several businesses rely on this account for DNS and web registrar. PLEASE HELP! I beg anyone out there who can do something about this to please help us.
