Contact Cloudflare support via their ticket system. I got an automated response saying that we were not the account holders of that domain. We for sure are the account holders.

This is what caused the issue I believe: We are a small MSP, I was working on a Phishing simulation for one of our clients and bought the domain microsoft-help-desk.com. I spon up a gophish instance and was testing it on our domain. the domain got flagged as Phishing (very very dumb on my part to use our main account for something like this i know). I then got an email saying that our account was locked out last week. There was no actualy phishing going on but I understand there is no way to tell the difference from their point of view.

It is urgent that we got access to our account again because several businesses rely on this account for DNS and web registrar. PLEASE HELP! I beg anyone out there who can do something about this to please help us.

At the moment, that site is not active on cloudflare.

It seems to have been active in perhaps 3 accounts over the last 2 years, most recently in the account you are using here, https://securitytrails.com/domain/maconcitizens.org/history/ns. But as you indicated on 01042809, it shows as moved from that account.

I’ll flag your topic here for my colleagues to investigate further.

@cloonan Thank you very much for looking into it for me. Yes, the domain was switched over recently to Cloudflare. It’s really important we are able to get that domain back, as the company that uses that domain is currently completely down (for email and website). Please let me know if there is anything I can do to hurry the process along. Thanks again.
