Trouble with an overlapping DNS record cant get website up
We have tried to clean up records we are not getting an error just the website will not come online

I’m not sure what you mean by “overlapping” DNS record, but at the moment you have “too many redirects” when going to your domain…

Check your SSL/TLS setting is set to “Full (strict)” in your dashboard here…

The records may be pointing to a host that uses Cloudflare instead of proxied, so check you don’t also have a redirect configured there that is causing a loop.
Using www I see a 1014 error so check your host has configured your custom domain at their end correctly.
