What is the issue you’re encountering
We added a set of DNS records to connect our CRM and 1 CNAME record will not verify. We have waited 24 hours and tried multiple times with tech support. Everything looks correct and is added exactly like it’s supposed to be but the CNAME still will not verify.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We’ve deleted the dedicated domain dns records and tried multiple times over a 24 hour period.
