I am wave 1, supposedly gaining entry to the Registrar service in mid-October, but have not heard anything yet.
I ask because I have a lot of domains coming up for renewal soon that I was hoping to transfer to you.
I would appreciate it if you could give me some idea of what the current timeline is.

Ah, okay, thanks @MarkMeyer. I didn’t realize that Twitter is a primary communications channel for Cloudflare, will check there first next time.
Most registrars tend to use emails, especially when stated timelines slip. Dates are important when you are juggling a lot of domains.
It isn’t 
But Matthew and a few others are very active there and it’s always worth to follow them. I assume that they will send out emails as well.
