Warp/warp+ not connecting on Jio ISP

I had a paid version of the Cloudflare app.
Since January I’m unable to connect the app in warp/warp+ mode when I’m on Jio ISP based in Mumbai. Although I’m able to connect in DNS only mode.
Kindly guide me if this issues is commonly faced by everyone or just me.

Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 warp not working with jio fiber

I have been using 1.1.1.1 warp from India, and it was working fine until a few days it stopped working in 1.1.1.1 warp mode on the Jio network, but normal private DNS 1.1.1.1 is working. I tried Reset network settings, Reboot device, Always-on VPN, Clear cache and storage, Uninstall and install, Reset private keys. Did Jio block warp again?
