Hello everyone, I’ve setup Warp To Warp between two test machines to try it out, but I cannot get them to connect to each other.
Setup:
(virtual machines on same host for testing purposes)
machine 1 - 100.96.0.2
machine2 - 100.96.0.3
WARP to WARP
in Proxy > Networking
My excludes on both machines same profile
(network policy) Exclude mode, with hosts/ips:
192.168.0.0/16
10.0.0.0/8
If I try curling or pinging I fail curl: (7) Failed to connect to 100.96.0.2 port 8000 after 10019 ms: No route to host
I tried to use warp-diag
and grep the logs but couldn’t find any mentions of 100.96.0.2
or connecting to it. Not sure how to debug this, any help is appreciated.
More info:
- Both connected
Status update: Connected
- Nothing funky happening on the network, its my home router
- Tried include with only
100.96.0.0/12
still nothing
The machine2 is authenticated via a warp tunnel
with mdm.xml
with a service key setup, since its a headless server. And in the console it says that this tunnel is healthy. The other machine is my personal PC and I just installed warp
on it and authenticated via the browser. Not sure what the difference there is, why did I have to create a warp tunnel
for one and not the other. Both are a part of the same team and everything
