Warp+ Slow

I just subscribe for the Warp+ and i found out that the speed is very slow.
I am using 800M DL / 200M UP internet plan.
And when i was using Warp+ i could only get 50mbps DL/ 1mbps UP speed.
(Speedtest to any worldwide server getting the similar result)
It connected to Singapore Cloudflare DC.
Even i use it to connect singapore server also very slow.
Can someone help me to solve it?

Edit 1:
Add a traceroute from my isp network to the Singapore DC Warp Network.
