Warp=off，how to solve it?

  1. Register the client warp-cli registration new.—— ——i get “success”
  2. Connect warp-cli connect.—— ——i get “success”
  3. Run curl https://www.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/trace/ and verify that warp=on.————but I get “warp=off”
    how I sovle it? i use “slash” before,and set Ubuntu system “setup” menu “Network proxy” to “Manual”，and set the port to 127.0.0.1:7890, is it influence？Is this VPN free? Do I need to pay to use VPN services?

I switch to Cloudflare warp+DoH mode,or " doh" mode, It’s not useful either

Run warp-cli status first to see if it’s actually connected.
