Warp+ New User

I have been trying to add new users correctly. I can login through warp on one device with may super admin. Use that email get a pin. If I use an email for a different zero trust member who’s policies are identical but the do not receive a pin via email?

Open to all sugestions.

It seems to be related with device enrollment policy on Zero Trust. We suggest use to check the email address and make sure that it maches the email used for device enrollment policy

Good suggestion and I verified and re-verified that email and tried additional email. Only my super Admin can get a pin email when trying to login with warp?
