Hello, I’m new in the community.I am having issues connecting 18.104.22.168 with WARP since yesterday.Before that it was working fine.I believe that ISP has to do something with that because i am getting this issues after a ISP maintenance.Is there any possible solution for that?
I have been using 22.214.171.124 warp from india, but 126.96.36.199 warp mode is not working on jio network, but normal private dns is working.
Reset network settings : Done
Reboot device : Done
Always on VPN : Done
Clear cache and storage : Done
Uninstall and install : Done
Reset private keys : Done
Still warp mode is not working. What should I do? And what is the reason behind this.

Note: In India, it’s blocked by few ISP’s (AFAIK, BSNL hasn’t blocked WARP yet) .

Thursday, Dec 2 at around 13:00 (GMT+3) WARP has been disconnected on my PC (win10 x64) but the DNS only mode was OK. Connected via Ethernet.

I am trying to understand why the connection to the warp in the beeline network (vimpelcom) does not work. It stuck on connection. In wireshark dump there is no answer to handshake.

I’m unable to connect using cloudflare 220.127.116.11 with warp in egypt, I asked my isp if it was possible to change the dns to cloudflare and they did but I’m still unable to connect at all
https://18.104.22.168 was recently blocked in Egypt, if not, I cannot access the site on numerous devices in order to download WARP for windows/mac. However, on the device I already have WARP for Windows on, it still works fine.
Is there another domain/site available where I can download WARP from for my other devices? (windows & mac), for example 22.214.171.124, etc. This info isnt stated anywhere.
hello, i’ve an issue using Warp+ whether it’s on my computer or mobile phone.
it doesn’t want to connect on my phone at all.
and on my pc it says connected but there is no internet and keeps giving request timeout.
that happened in Egypt for almost 1 month now, all Egyptians can’t connect to warp at all seen tons of posts on facebook about it.

I thought maybe the
Cloudflare server is down but all the servers are operational as per Cloudflare status. I guess it is the ISP. If there is any workaround, let us know. The strange thing is every ISP is blocking Cloudflare at the same time, or it is just a bug in Cloudflare itself?

We understand that this is serious problem for you. But when everyone that already did comment on other issues open their own issue, you dont get all Infos anymore because they are spread across so many different issues. You help the Community and cloudflare the most when you concentrate the Infos
Make a cloudflare for teams account then login in warp with that account
I am writing all the different solutions in one place, just in case similar thing happens in the future.
You can try any of the following possible solutions.
Set custom endpoint in your Warp App to
188.8.131.52:2408 as suggested by @ZeroParty at here
Note: In case, port 2408 is blocked, you can also use 500 or 1701, or 4500, refer this for more details
Try using WARP for teams, as suggested by

Wait for 3-4 days, until the problem gets fixed by itself.
