WARP cuts off all LAN services

When i turn on WARP on OSX, all local services like AFP, SAMBA, Bonjour, DLNA/UPnP, network printing and so on stop working. Adding “192.168.0.0/16” or explicit IP addresses to Advanced/Split Tunnel section doesn’t seem to do anything (although the access to admin web UIs of those services is fine and routes to those IPs are obviously fine as well).

Is that intended behaviour? I mean i can understand switching WARP on and off frequently is something that might be expected from the end-users, but it’s really annoying.
