What is the issue you’re encountering
WARP client stuck on connecting for a user
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We have a user that’s getting stuck when trying to connect to WARP. Their client hangs on connecting all of a sudden, it did work for the user previously.
We have uninstalled and re-installed to the most recent version, tried clearing appdata and re-authenticated the user but no luck. We have got the user to log into WARP on another device where it does connect successfully so we’re leading to believe it’s their device.
As the user is quite senior we are trying to do everything we can to not re-built or issue them a new laptop so any suggestions for troubleshooting/resolutions would be appreciated.
