WARP Client failing to resolve DNS and killing the internet access

Hi

I’ve been trying out the Cloudflare zero access product with Warp client - but am struggling to get onto the internet sometimes when it’s connected - this could theoretically be due to go to meeting room (wifi) and reconnecting on wired (in the office) though even after several minutes the issue doesn’t resolve itself.

The DNS resolutions look very high (>20s) see screenshot. Anything i can try out? I’ve disabled almost all the options available on the Dashboard - (e.g. TLS inspection, ehanced l7 antivirus, etc.) - but it’s still slow.

Have attached to 2 screenshots to help. I’ve raise a support request also, but got an email saying they don’t always respond!

Any ideas what might be happening?
