You can change your subscription from annual to monthly in your dashboard.
Thanks Nando, however in the edit option - i do not find change to monthly plan
I did raise a ticket 2 days back, this is the ticket number - #01548022.
Kindly help us change the plan to monthly plan

Hi Nando, I haven’t heard anything on the ticket yet. Please help. Now I have taken a new subscription of monthly for my domain as my activties were stuck. I need help in deleting the yearly invoice

Please find below the screenshot of the Invoice status showing as Unpaid because the yearly plan got selected by default.
I had to remove the domain subscription because it wasnn’t allowing to do any activity further. I have now added a monthly subscription and paid it.
Kindly help removing the May 26, 2025 invoice
