Hi,

Want to change my free account to Pro can anyone guide me.

I tried many time to change my account online but unable to do that. If someone already do that kindly advice me how to proceed to change my account 3 Page Rule to 20 Page Rule.

What error do you get?

May I ask if your Cloudflare account is verified? Did you received an e-mail to verify it?

Furthermore, did you add a payment method to your CF account?

May I ask have you tried using a different Web browser, or tried clearing your Web browser cache?
How about using a Private window (Incognito mode) or a VPN connection if possible?
Is it the same behaviour on your mobile phone (4G LTE, mobile data, cellular)?

Have done all of the above

The issue is it says RBI Guideline doesn’t permit for the same.

Kindly help in the same as it effects our website speed

An early action on the same shall he appreciated

I’d suggest you to write an e-mail to billing[at]cloudflare[dot]com.

Did you signed up for an Cloudflare account by yourself?
Are you using some kind of a 3rd-party service integrator for your domain?

Writing various times for the same issue doesn’t make it become solved earlier, but it also makes other users to wait loger until their issues get solved.

Please do not open multiple tickets, it slows reply time for you and, well, everyone.

The workaround suggested a few tickets ago was add a PayPal as a payment method; have you done that?

Yes done that as well.

But no success same issue with PayPal

There is a issue in fact. Recently, RBI has updated its guidelines on this particular aspect on international transactions. If needed you can have a glance on this news article.

So, in this regards, Cloudflare has nothing to do apart from checking the same from their end. However, you can try using other cards.

Sorry have tried all ways…but isn’t there a mandate form or some bank details that can be provided so that we can Have a mandate …for the same from that bank authorised cause we don’t know till how much time this Rbi guideline is going to be there since this is really affecting our website speed

That’s the sad part of it. I have had the same experience in one of the international transactions. This way I had tried: Using other different bank Credit Cards & adding credit card to paypal. That’s how it was possible.

We’ve responded to your ticket as per the constraint’s of the RBI credit card processes & advised on the Paypal workaround.

If you are still having issues, please respond to the ticket with the error/failure details on your workaround attempt (whilst redacting any private card details).
