I just transferred in my domain to cloudflare a few days ago without knowing that they do not handle emails at all. Later realized that their customer service is non-exist to customers like me. I would like to have a recourse to transfer out the domain and get a refund. Does anyone know how and who can I contact? I checked out customer support tickets and was not able to locate a ticket from the email on file for your account. Can you please reply here with the ticket ID you have submitted so that we can escalate this for you.
