I have submitted a ticket to Sales and have not heard back. I have also sent a separate ticket to support. I have a paid Cloudflare subscription for other website services, and have paid for Email Security – but need it activated .
The ticket to Support was done online and the number is: 01455890.
There is no way to send a ticket to Sales. When doing so in my Cloudflare account, it takes me to this page to “Talk to an Expert” – and I already submitted that request there and have no ticket number:
thank you. That is why I’d asked as I did not think there was an option for that. Support will need to assist you on the Account ticket, I will flag that for their attention and add myself to the case.
