Can you see the Chat icon in the lower right of your dash?
If not, you may want to disable any ad blocking extensions, logout & login, and clear cache and/or try a different browser. Let us know what you see and if you are still encountering any issues.
I do not see a case for the email you are using here, what is that case number? Sorry for the issues.
Yes…tried it every way…different browsers, clearing cache. I am so frustrated…Id cancel if I could but I guess once they have your money they don’t give a fk….I missed the launch of a very important site. Absolutely the worst customer support…even the phones don’t work.
Guess I have no option but to wait till someone gets around to helping me out….I for sure will not be renewing to reccomending CF
Seems like I am not the only person that has this issue with poor support….
Kevin
…yes and they hide the fact that you can’t get a refund…even have the ballz to say don’t even try to ask for an exception.
They have every base covered to screw the customer
Kevin
This all could have ben solved in 10minutes if I could have chatted with someone. Now I have 6 hours of unbillable time and a website that did not launch.
I am pissed
Kevin
Thank you, I see case 01509256 and will flag it for my colleague in Support.
If you don’t see the chat icon on your dashboard, can you logout and try to login using incognito mode? I do see it when I look at your dash.
I did see the chat button but it did not go anywhere. Tried incognito. tried different browsers. Tried different computers. tried crossing my eyes, tried standing on one foot.
Kevin
Even posted on community support that chat was not working
Kevin
…anybody?
Can I post every half hour until you help me?..or you can just give me a refund instead
The site loads for me. I see in your audit log https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/audit-log the site was added as a full setup (meaning a nameserver change is needed) at the end of April, a nameserver change was confirmed May 2, but it was converted to a partial CNAME setup (meaning no nameserver change is needed) on May 1. Did you briefly change your nameservers to the two assigned to your other domain?
At the moment the nameservers do not point to cf and the site is on a partial CNAME setup. But, there is no cname record pointing to the site and the txt verification record was not added to the DNS records. The details for the txt verification record are shown on your DNS app of your Cloudflare dashboard, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns. Your hosting provider can give you the details for the contents of the CNAME record.
More details on partial setups here, Partial (CNAME) setup · Cloudflare DNS docs
Dude….obviously you did not read my post/ticket….And BTW the TXT record was verified related to ownership of the domain with GoDaddy. The site is live because it have not change the CNAME record at the DNS to run thru CF (thank God)….My questions were related setup PRIOR to the switch..
Please have someone read my entire ticket and get back to me with 1. A solution to how I can access Live Chat when I ned it AND 2. Answers to my questions.
Sorry to be so blunt but your waisting my time
