Hi folks

I always worked on the old premise that BOT rules were executed before the WAF Custom rules. This is even on the WAF page:

But the Skip action allows us to bypass SBFM rules. Does this mean that SBFM rules actually come after WAF making the previous sequence incorrect?

That is correct, Super Bot Fight Mode runs after custom WAF rules. I would recommend using this document to see the correct order of the phases:
