WAF Rule is not working for the login page

When you tested your domain, what were the results?
Not blocking the wordpress login page

Describe the issue you are having:
I added the rules based on the above instruction here: https://prnt.sc/p_Zuv-cNjnvz
But it is not working

What error message or number are you receiving?
NA

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

1. Tried to look for some instructions online but everything seems to be set properly
2. Tried to contact Cloudflare but we use a free version
3. I looked for the resolution online with no success

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
Yes

What are the steps to reproduce the error:

1. Got to the wp-login.php. If it loads the issue persists

Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode?
Yes

Your rule is working. I see a block from Cloudflare, and running it in a online checker it also returned forbidden to requests from several locations.

You may be testing it with a computer that has the page in cache, use incognito browser with a different IP and it should work.
