There used to be a request limit rule. There were exceptions. Now changed the structure of the site. Many users got banned, they are shown the custom layout of the rule error. But after changing the tariff, this rule disappeared from the admin panel. But it still works! How to edit it now?
If you navigate to Security → WAF → Rate Limiting Rules, you should be any to see the rate limiting rules there.

If you can’t see it under the new section, but Rate Limiting Rules Previous version still appears, it means you have a rule still, it’s just hidden. There’s a bug with the way old rate limiting rules are displayed, and you have to click “Enable Rate limiting rules” on the previous version, and then you should be able to see your old rule.
Ok i try it. But i cant now enable rate limiting rules bcs “Pay your outstanding balance in Billing > Invoices. You may not purchase additional services until the outstanding balance on your account has been paid. (Code: 1255)”…
That rule now blocking users… And i cant remove it(((

My understanding is, if you an see the previous rate limiting tab, you still have an old rule from it, as per
Once you have deleted all rules from the previous version of rate limiting rules, the Cloudflare dashboard will only show the new version.

If you are a paid user, you could try contacting support directly as well. Otherwise, you’d probably want to clear that billing issue up. If you’re having issues/already paid the invoice/something else, billing ticket.
