I am Setting up Rules to block bots at it is not working

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have even tried blocking my own home Ip address an that isn’t working as well I would love for a couldflare support staff member to look at my account to see if i have everything setup correctly

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
