WAF - Google requests showing 403 in analytics, but skip in WAF

Some requests from google IPs are being blocked (403 Forbidden response) despite being allowlisted in the WAF

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We tried loosening the access for Google Ips and user agents, however are still seeing 403 responses in Analytics, thought not in the WAF data

I think i found the cause – Google is requesting with a TLS version below the minimum for the domain
