I’m trying to deploy the update for the WAF Managed Rules. When I hit Deploy I get an error message for WAF enrollment is required

I had exactly the same issue the first 3 tries, and it appears to be intermittent. While I was writing the support ticket, I tried again in order to get screenshots, and the 4th attempt went through.
