What is the issue you’re encountering

We just transitioned to Cloudflare and set up WAF custom rules to test security features, before going to paid plan. Noticeable issue with “Country Block” - traffic from the blocked country is still coming through. Is this rule not operational in free version?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried testing for 1-2 weeks, but still blocked country traffic showing.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Hello,

By reviewing your dashboard, for past 24 hours I am unable to see request from country Philippines. Due to that, the rule that is configured is not blocking.

Could you kindly provide us a screenshot of the request coming through and not getting blocked by the rule ?
