What is the issue you’re encountering

We had massive access from an Alibaba IP network, that was 2,513,238 requests in 12h, Server gets down, why does cloudflare waf not filter these ips?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Hoster locked out ips late

Have you configured any specific WAF rules or IP blocking on your Cloudflare account?
Are there any other security measures in place to protect your server from high traffic volumes?

no, only the ip and waf rules, that are provided by cloudflare. Is there any traffic limit in de pro plan? How can i find out those high traffic causer?
