WAF blocking matomo plugin on Databox when trying to connect on Cloudflare

Cloudflare WAF is blocking the Matomo Pluging connection on Databox when trying to connect my domain.com:

Why have I been blocked?

I creare an exception rule(Skip) on my WAF to bypoass all the rules active but it doesn’t works seems that the requests comes from multiple IP addresses.

Is there a better way to handle this on Cloudflare?

To check if Cloudflare’s WAF is blocking this, you can

1/ Check on your Security Events to see the request was blocked by which rules.
2/ After that, you can create a custom firewall rule to allow that specific traffic. Configure a custom rule with the Skip action.
