WAF blocking Health Check

I’ve enabled WAF with a rule to give a managed challenge to Known Bots. Immediately after enabling it, I noticed that it blocked my health check (Traffic → Health Check) because WAF detected CF to be a known bot.

Anyone have a workaround for this? I think this is a bug.

Sounds like the correct behavior.

You’re challenging friendly bots - it’s doing what you told it to do.

Don’t challenge ‘Known Bots’
