But you actually need to provide way more information if you want help. You won’t be using any domain either.
Then why are you saying it is off? Providing inaccurate information is not very useful I am afraid.
But the question is why you provided inaccurate information about the TLS mode. If you have encryption disabled, lots of things won’t work. What’s your encryption mode?

A request cannot originate from two countries at the same time, so you need to adjust your logical operator.
Also, I highly discourage such country blocks, as they are against the principle idea of the Internet.
