WAF block all incoming requests on email server (143,993 etc) from X countries

What is the isssue you’re encountering

I’m looking to block all countries apart from 6 to access our email server. Only email is running there so I want to block all countries apart from those 5 to access port 143, 993. Is it possible on the free plan?

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Cloudflare’s proxy only handles HTTP/HTTPS traffic (unless using Cloudflare Spectrum) so you can’t use Cloudflare to do this.
