W3TotalCache vs CloudFlare Wordpress APO Plugin

We currently use W3TotalCache on our WordPress website, it is connected to Cloudflare via the W3TotalCache Cloudflare extension.

Is it redundant to install the Cloudflare WordPress APO plugin (Cloudflare – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org English (Canada)) alongside having the W3TotalCache Cloudflare extension on? Would this cause any issues of having both on at the same time?
