What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Hello - I did not manage to contact the security center of Cloudflare so I am posting this here.
I found multiple vulnerabilities in the CIRCL library and have reported them via HackerOne - they completely blew me off with no explanation - just copy-pasted responses which are very obviously incorrect.
I would appreciate someone from Cloudflare security contacting me - if not I will be making the issues public.
