i need to confirm that…does this services are with VPS server or only provide Managed DNS service ?

All plans work with any HTTP service you can run, whether that’s a server or shared hosting.

No, just a DNS Management System, no Hosting or VPS or dedicated server here.

Cloudflare does not provide any servers.
