What is the issue you’re encountering
Logged in to WARP/Zero Trust, but personal IP still being used and cannot connect to private network
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
User can login to Cloudflare WARP Zero Trust and the app states that they are connected. However, their personal IP is still being used and they cannot connect to the machine on .
trouble accessing the private net . He has been added to the shared drive email group which should give him the VPN access. Pinging the IP () on his computer (also other devices with VPN turned on) didn’t come back with received packet.
Here are the things that we have already tried and didn’t work:
- Remove email from the shared drive google email group and add back
- Deactivate cloudflare active sessions and log in again
- Restart the computer.
- Log out and log in again with Cloudflare
- Tried other devices but unable to connect
