The only solution I found working is disabling DNS proxy.

Customers are getting Error 522 - Connection timed out
Other customers can navigate correctly - only Vodafone customers are getting the problem

I can only test from Ireland and Italy, and both fail

Sorry, the problem occurs only with Vodafone Italy. Now Vodafone Ireland works

Well, I don’t know what happened, but I think the cloud provider has solved the problem since now everything it’s working. I wrote them too, they still did not answer but thing are working now. Maybe it was a firewall problem on their end.
